Any drops you're getting this season - the craftable versions, are all v3, hence the names like IKELOS_SMG_v1.0.3. It's just a reference to the fact that these are reissued weapons, there are much older 1.0.2 versions (and sunset 1.0.1) floating around that don't have the updated perks like voltshot.Ikelos_smg was from like season 10 or 11, it's season 15 now so there are 4-5 seasons worth of world drops that have a higher chance to drop than ikelos_smg.
