And on top of this, penny carries a ton better than Tix does in void and everywhere in general. Mihm is also terrible for PvE and isn't doing your lineup any good. A 5* Belrain, Amen-Ra, or Carrie will actually probably improve your damage over the Mihm. Team power isn't really what matters. What matters is team composition. Best improvement to your team would be replacing Mihm with a Healer (Belrain, Ormus, Amen-Ra, Gustin) or Carrie.
