Ok, I took it to the dealer, they ordered a new backup camera, I need to go back to replace it. I had that part of the camera system, the rear camera only, also do the same thing and even blues out. Edit: makeing appointment with dealer I've check fuses and unplug battery for 10 min and tried the reset button for radio it worked one time and refused to work again. You could try pushing the reset button on the radio unit.
