Hi @sassy_red. If you no longer have the original packaging that came with the Doorbell, then you will have to get the 5 digit pin off of the Doorbell itself. I would recommend taking a picture of this, that way you can have it readily available, if needed. There is no 5 digit code on my doorbell.
