Haven't found much RECENT information about what happens if you drink gasoline, so I'll share my experience. It seems you can survive this type of poisoning if you are healthy when you drink it. I kept my character well fed, hydrated and warm, and tried not to take any damage from zombies (only got hit twice, no bleeding). I presently still have the sick status but colors are coming back.
