You many need to look at the kicker cover for clues too, but that only helps if the kicker cover is the original one.It could be 1979, the four digit date code started in the seventies. Usually all the seventies carbs have slotted bowl screws, not the hex that's seen on later Holley's. It is a service carb for the 67 Corvette but correct in every way.
