I believe that this happens frequently. Definitely double check if those mod makers are doing updates! I had this issue before patch 4 and it was a dice set. Remove/uninstall all your dice sets (that give you new skins like the galaxy one) then reload your mods, save them and try again. Hopefully it helps.
