The 60fps mod for botw has the same cutscene and slowdown issues and that’s been around for a while, so I wouldn’t count on it getting fixed any time soon. This speed issues in shrines and cutscenes have been fixed a while ago. I think a couple of days after the leak when the first version of the mod came out.

I prefer Yuzu now, because it work pretty stable 30fps and battery life around 2:40. I just found that on top of installing the 60FPS mod, you can set the resolution in Yuzu to 75% with AMD FSR enabled, and get solid 30 FPS everywhere without any noticeable visual degradation. 50% scaling also looks great and you get massive frame rates.
