Just use deathless otherwise you're lowering your health with absolutely no benefit whatsoever. The loaded dice has been tested multiple times and doesn't increase loot quality. If you want more blues and purples I don’t think it actually helps lego drop rates. To my knowledge it increases the chance of world drops.
