Very few support mains will fully pug Akkan and there will be very few support alts at 1580 so the spots in pug groups as a dps will be hard to get. Dunno what your engravings look like, but if you are basic 5x3 without lvl 3 set you have hard time competing with 5x3+1 people in lvl 3 sets.

Raid income after September update. the brel gold distribution is a bit misleading. the gold is the same just split differently. you arent getting 2500/3000 more gold for doing g1-3 (old 1-4). old 3&4 hm is also 2k gold before update. it should also probably be lumped as g1-g2 (g3 old) since they are the same ilvl now.

Hell, its probably more expensive to hone from 1590 to 1600 than making a brand new 1580. The shard and mat costs are ridiculous. To hone to 1600 from 1580 with average luck, you need: -6.7 million honor shards (majority need to be bought since we have so little time before Akkan release) -51.5 million silver.
